How much weight will I lose?

Weight loss will vary with each individual but typically on a 25 Day Course you might lose 6-8+ Kgs and on a 40 Day course you might lose 10-18+ Kgs.

What does the vitamin B12 drops do?

We recommend Vitamin B12 is taken along with the HCG Pilules and may assist in giving you a boost of energy helping you to complete the program more easily.

Do I have to be on a special diet while taking HCG?

Yes, it is vital to your success while on our HCG weight loss program that you stick to the diet outlined in the booklet.

Do I need to buy special foods and snack bars to do this diet?

No. All the foods that are in the diet guide booklet can be purchased at any supermarket.

What foods are allowed when on the HCG Diet?

The HCG Diet is very balanced. It consists of a variety of meats such as chicken, beef, lamb and fish. The allowed vegetables include asparagus, cabbage, celery, silver beet, chicory greens, cucumber, green salad, onion, red radishes, spinach, and tomato. Allowed fruits are apples, oranges, strawberries and grapefruit.

What does the guide booklet have in it?

The guide will teach you about the 3 phases of the HCG Diet and how to complete them successfully including a shopping list of the approved foods, information about the diet, tips, and recipes.

Can I do the diet if I am a vegetarian?

Yes. The Guide booklet lists alternate proteins instead of meat.

Can I do the diet if I am gluten free?

Do I have to exercise while on the HCG diet?

Light exercise is recommended, such as walking or yoga anything more strenuous could compromise your loss.
